Common complaints

- ✗Inconvenient interface, complex registration, poor UX20% of mentions
«Guys, if you want people to use your app, get your act together and make a convenient login. I struggled for half an hour but couldn't get into the app.»
- ✗Lags, slow response, freezing15% of mentions
«When I go to 'Community' everything freezes... It reacts very sluggishly to interaction. The ads in the feed are huge, and because the app is so laggy, I just end up clicking on ads.»
- ✗No Russian names, requires internet, doesn't work with local flora15% of mentions
«No Russian/folk names. Doesn't recognize our local flora. It has no idea what buttercups are... And what if I'm in the taiga or high in the mountains? The app didn't correctly identify a single plant.»
